Project Overview: PDDM Solutions was contracted by the Latin America Studies Association (LASA) to provide comprehensive surveying services aimed at creating an existing condition plan for their property in Pittsburgh, PA. Scope of Work: The scope of work for the LASA project included:
- Field Reconnaissance and Property Boundary Surveying: Conducting thorough field reconnaissance to establish the precise property boundaries, ensuring accurate representations of the site for future planning and development.
- Location Surveying of Existing Improvements: Performing field surveys to identify and document visual improvements on the property. This included surveying the locations of roads, driveways, and utilities that service the property, as well as mapping the existing topography.
