Christopher Kujawa is the founder and President of PDDM Solutions, a firm he established in 2017 after launching his career in the civil engineering and site development sectors of the AEC industry. With over 20 years of experience, Christopher has advanced through a series of increasingly responsible roles in engineering, project management, program management, and construction management.

Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships with a diverse range of private and public clients across the United States and internationally. Christopher has spent several years working on major projects in regions including Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, which has enriched his global perspective on project delivery.

Under his leadership, PDDM Solutions has experienced significant growth in key sectors such as renewable natural gas (RNG), oil and gas, and commercial and industrial site development. He has successfully collaborated with owners and design teams to deliver projects exceeding $1.5 billion in value across various industries, including commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and multi-family residential.

Christopher earned his Bachelor of Applied Science (BSAS) in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University in 2005, where he studied Civil Engineering and Construction Management. His blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen has been instrumental in positioning PDDM Solutions as a leader in the industry.

Joel Lyn Brezina serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PDDM, where she oversees the company's operations, project management, estimating, and business development functions. With 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Joel has a proven track record of success. She spent six years with a major international construction company and held significant roles as an operations manager and estimator for regional design-build firms.

Her client-focused and team-oriented approach has been integral to her senior role at PDDM. This approach has been shaped by her extensive involvement in business development and operations throughout her career. Known for her keen attention to detail, Joel is passionate about fostering cohesive project teams that drive successful outcomes.

She has successfully overseen over $800 million in projects across a diverse range of complex sectors, including medical, commercial, and industrial. In collaboration with Christopher Kujawa, Joel also played a key role in establishing and expanding the firm’s presence in the renewable natural gas sector, positioning PDDM as a leader in this emerging market.

Her blend of operational expertise and strategic insight makes her a valuable asset to PDDM and its clients.

Kim Dulkoski serves as the Controller at PDDM Solutions, bringing over 17 years of expertise in accounting and human resource management. Her diverse background spans various commercial industries, providing her with valuable operational, administrative, and organizational skills that are essential for managing and optimizing business processes.

Throughout her career, Kim has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality support and guidance to the management team. Her contributions have been instrumental in driving the consistent growth and development of the organizations she has been affiliated with.

Giovan Gervasi serves as the Project Management Officer (PMO) at PDDM Solutions, bringing over 30 years of program, project, and operations management experience. His extensive background equips him with the expertise needed to navigate complex environments and manage multi- contractor projects effectively.

Giovan's collaborative and results-oriented approach has proven essential for achieving success in today's fast-paced business landscape. He has worked with several Fortune 500 companies, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to excel in a wide range of management roles, showcasing not only his technical knowledge but also his adaptability and leadership skills.
