PDDM Solutions was contracted by LASA to provide surveying services to include property boundaries, topography, and utilities in orderto create an existing conditions plan. Scope of work included:

• Field reconnaissance and surveying required to establish the property boundary.
• Field survey locations of visual improvements to the property which may include roads, driveways, and utilities that appear to service the property, and topography.
• Courthouse research of the subject property and surrounding properties current deeds and recorded subdivision plots.
