Project Overview: The Mt. Nebo Development project involves the comprehensive development of a large parcel of land, which includes the construction of a veterinary tech clinic and additional graded pads designated for future expansion. This initiative aims to create a functional and sustainable space for both the veterinary clinic and potential future developments in the area

Scope of Work: PDDM Solutions was contracted to provide essential engineering services for this development, encompassing:

  • Civil and Site Development: Managing the overall civil engineering and site development process to ensure a well-planned and effective layout for the project.
  • Stormwater Management: Designing an efficient stormwater management system to handle runoff effectively, mitigating potential flooding and erosion issues.
  • Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Design: Developing comprehensive designs for both the sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems, ensuring proper waste management and drainage capabilities.
  • Roadway Design: Designing new roadway infrastructure to improve access to the clinic and future developments, promoting connectivity within the area.
  • Grading and Site Preparation: Conducting all necessary grading to prepare the site for construction, ensuring a stable foundation for the structures to be built.
