Project Overview: The VP Land Development Project involved the comprehensive development of a large parcel of land comprised of more than 40 acres, encompassing the construction of multiple single-family residences with varying subdivided lot sizes. This initiative aimed to create a sustainable and functional residential community that meets the diverse needs of future homeowners.

Scope of Work: PDDM Solutions was contracted to oversee various essential services throughout the project, including:

  • Civil and Site Development:
    • Managing the overall civil engineering and site development efforts to ensure proper planning and execution of residential lots within the designated area.
  • Stormwater Management:
    • Designing a robust stormwater management system to effectively handle runoff and mitigate flooding risks, promoting environmental sustainability within the community.
  • Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Design:
