Project Overview: PDDM Solutions was contracted to provide professional Owners Representative services for the design and construction of their proposed outdoor recreational pavilion, restrooms and shower facility. This project aims to enhance the club's amenities, creating a welcoming space for members to gather and host events.
The proposed structure is a 60-ft x 160-ft Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) and includes:
- Restrooms and Shower Facilities: Separate men’s and women’s restrooms equipped with modern shower facilities designed for convenience and comfort.
- Outdoor Congregation Spaces: The facility features two outdoor stone fireplaces, providing members with an ideal setting for hosting gatherings and enjoying their time at the club.
Construction Management Excellence: PDDM Solutions provided a comprehensive range of services throughout the project lifecycle, including:
- Design Phase Management: Collaborating with the Owner and design consultants to ensure the project met all necessary requirements and specifications.
- Bid Phase Services: Managing the bid process, including preparing bid documents and facilitating contractor selection.
- Construction Phase Management: Overseeing the onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Owner's Representative Services: Acting as the Owner's Representative to facilitate communication between the Owner, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring that the Owner's interests were prioritized throughout the project.
- Change Management and RFIs: Addressing change management processes, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), and ensuring that all modifications were documented and approved.
- Closeout Phase Services: Providing thorough project closeout services to guarantee that all elements were completed to the Owner’s satisfaction and in compliance with contractual obligations.
