Project Overview: PDDM Solutions was proudly contracted as the General Contractor for the renovation of the 5th floor, transforming it into the Clean Energy Center for Penn College. 3. Installation of Glass Partitions:

  • Employed modern design elements with the installation of glass partitions, promoting an open and collaborative environment while enhancing natural light throughout the space.

4. Doors and Hardware:

  • Installed new doors and hardware to improve accessibility and security, aligning with current standards and the facility's specific requirements.

5. Flooring Solutions:

  • Provided carpet-tile for the office and classroom areas, contributing to a comfortable and professional atmosphere conducive to learning and productivity.

6. Electrical and Data Upgrades:

7. Fire Safety Enhancements:
